If we cannot help you with technical questions about the campus or the hard disk WWEDU by phone or e-mail, you have the opportunity to ask for online support. Our online support technicians can try to connect to computer and analyze the problem.

To receive support from WWEDU Online, please make sure you are connected in the Internet and you have downloaded the version fitting your operating system of TeamViewer from the list below to your computer.

TeamViewer download:

After the download is complete, start the program with a double click on the icon “TeamViewer”. In case any security tips emerge, accept them, after which the TeamViewer window should be displayed:

If the message displayed “Not ready to connect, please check your Internet connection" appears, please make sure you are connected to the Internet.

If the message “Ready for the connecting” shows up, please contact us on +43 (0) 7242 5 58 64-0 and inform us the given ID. This enables the connection with our technicians who can try to solce the problem together with you.
