On principle the missing of the deadline automatically leads to a negative evaluation of the exam according to sec. 4 par. 13 of the Lehrgangsordnung (course order).

According sec. 12 par. 2 of the Lehrgangsordnung (course order) the claimed cause for the failure of returning the exam in time must be disclosed credibly and in written form to the examinations board (studienleitungwwedu.com) without delay. In case the cause gets approval the deadline for the returning of the exam will be renewed.
